Instructions for Sending Files to IPRO or Another QNet User
- Access QualityNet Exchange site at www.qnetexchange.org.
- "Log In" with your user ID and password (the fields are case sensitive).
- Under "File Exchange & Data Upload" (left side in gray), click on "File Exchange and Search" (Inbox/Outbox).
- On the "Secure File Exchange and Search" page in the lower right section click on "Upload Files Wizard".
- On the "Upload Wizard" screen click on the folder for IPRO labeled "Island Peer Review Organization" or for the organization you wish to send the file to, and click on the option "Show users" to view all registered users at an organization.
- To the right you will see QNet users at the organization. Click to highlight the your selection and then click on "Add Selected User(s)". You should then see the selected name appear in the lower right section "Send File(s) To".
- Click on the box at the bottom labeled: "Upload File(s)". You should see your browser open to your PC directory.
- Browse to find the folder in which your file was saved in; click to highlight the file name and click "open". You will receive a message: "Uploading to server, do not close browser".
- You should then receive a message "Upload Successful". Click OK to upload another file or Cancel to return to "File Exchange". Click OK to return to the "Upload Wizard" screen.
- The file is now uploaded and available in the Inbox of the intended recipient.
Confirming the upload of your file
If you would like to confirm that your file has uploaded to the appropriate individuals, use the following steps for verification:
- On the "Secure File Exchange and Search" page click on the link "Show Unopened Outbox Files."
- You should see the file listed with upload details.
