The Advancing Excellence Campaign (AE) builds on the successes of the CMS Nursing Home Quality Initiative (NHQI), and the AHCA Quality First Initiative, enhancing efforts to improve the quality of care and quality of life for those living or recuperating in America's nursing homes.
The campaign's unprecedented coalition includes long-term care providers, caregivers, medical and quality improvement experts, government agencies, consumers, and others.
IPRO invites ALL New York State Nursing Homes to register to participate and join other nursing facilities across the nation that are focused on quality. Each member of the Nursing Home Staff may personally register. Also, residents, family members, advocates, and others who care about quality nursing home care may register as Consumers.
These are the AE goals and the interventional guides to assist in meeting these goals.
