Problems logging onto an IPRO Web site
Forgotten or lost user name or password (for JENY, QICS or CME Online)- Joint Effort New York (JENY): Visit http://jeny.ipro.org/login.php?do=lostpw and type in the e-mail address you used to register. You will then receive an e-mail message containing your user name and instructions on how to reset your password.
- Quality Improvement Community Server (QICS): Send an e-mail message to support@ipro.us and include your full name and where you work. We will reset your password and send you an e-mail with the new information.
- CME Online: Visit http://www.ipro.org/cme/password.php and type in the e-mail address you used to register. You will then receive an e-mail message containing your password.
