ACCREDITATION STATEMENTS
This continuing nursing education activity was approved for 2.4 contact hours by the American Nephrology Nurses' Association (ANNA).
ANNA is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation (ANCC-COA).
Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider number CEP 00910 for 2.4 contact hours. California licensees must retain this document for 4 years. Licensees are responsible for being aware of their states procedures and requirements.
