Conference Details

As the 8th Scope of Work and statewide support comes to a close, we wanted to share some important resource guides (attached below) with all of you to support your continued quality improvement efforts.

We invite you to participate in an educational Webex teleconference presentation hosted by IPRO to provide an overview of the resource guides and educational opportunities that are available to home health providers. The Webex presentation will be offered on July 24, 2008 from 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM. There is no cost to your agency for participation.

If you are interested in participating, please complete and forward the attached fax-back Registration Form to the attention of Sara Butterfield at

(518)426-3418 by July 23, 2008. The instructions for Webex access are also attached below. The reference materials for the call will be forwarded via email to all NYS home health providers in advance of the presentation. The call will be also be taped with a link posted to our website for future access.
