This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essentials and Standards of the Medical Society of the State of New York through the joint sponsorship of Lutheran Medical Center and IPRO, Inc. The Lutheran Medical Center is accredited by the Medical Society of the State of New York to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The Lutheran Medical Center designates this educational activity for a maximum of one (1) hour of Category I towards the American Medical Association Physician's Recognition Award (AMA/PRA). Each physician should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity. This program is available from January 1 to December 31, 2007.
CE Credit for non-physicians
The New York State Board of Pharmacy accepts CME course credits that are relevant to the professional practice of pharmacy toward the CE requirement for pharmacists. Other non-physician professionals are encouraged to check with their individual state boards regarding their recognition of this program for credit in their discipline.
