In a continued effort to keep you informed, we have enclosed the Enhanced Quality Measure Resource Manual as a reference for your facility.
The Resource Manual provides you with detailed information about the Enhanced Set of Quality Measures, including measure definitions, Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessment items, and risk adjustment methods. Optimal use of the manual will enhance the clinical management and quality of care of your residents.
