In support of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Hospital Quality Initiatives, IPRO will be providing an educational conference for discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and patient representatives.
We invite you to participate in a half-day learning session hosted by IPRO on: Friday, February 27, 2004, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
The purpose of the meeting is to offer the most up-to-date information on the Medicare inpatient acute care quality improvement initiatives and to demonstrate the key role that discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and patient representatives play in these quality improvement efforts.
