As part of IPRO's continuous improvement process, the Medicaid Review Department would like your feedback on how we can improve reporting of review information to your hospital in the Quarterly Medicaid Review Determination Summary Reports.

Enclosed you will find a one-page questionnaire asking you to comment on the usefulness of the report, what information you find most and least valuable, and what information who you like to see added/changed to the quarterly report. We would appreciate if you would distribute a copy of this survey to members of your organization who use the Medicaid Review Determination Summary Reports on a regular basis to provide us with feedback. By giving us your feedback, it will allow IPRO to make improvements in our reporting of this information to you.
