IPRO remains committed to providing ongoing support for your agency as part of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) sponsored 8th Scope of Work Home Health Quality Initiative.
Based upon input from the home health community and other stakeholders, and after a review of performance data, IPRO has selected Improvement in Management of Oral Medications as the quality measure for statewide focus and intervention in the 8th Scope of Work. Medication reconciliation and pain management will also be incorporated into the performance improvement activities and interventions. The IPRO Home Health Project Team will offer technical support, tools and resources to home health providers to assist in the development of individual agency Plans of Action targeting improvement in this publicly-reported measure.
We invite you to participate in an educational Webex presentation hosted by IPRO entitled Improving Medication Management in Home Health Care with guest speakers Dennee Frey, PharmD, Project Director, Partners in Care Foundation and Darren Triller, PharmD, IPRO.
