"Twenty Years of Quality Improvement: IPRO's 20th Anniversary Health Policy Conference" will take place on Tuesday, November 30, 2004 at the New York Marriott Marquis Hotel from 8:00am until 3:00pm.

Author, consultant and futurist Ian Morrison, Ph.D., will deliver the keynote address, "Healthcare in the New Millennium." Bruce Vladeck, Ph.D., Professor of Health Policy and Geriatrics at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, will present his thoughts on "Health Policy in an Election Year."
