We are pleased to inform you that IPRO's "Coding Corner" is now offering a variety of educational program material for the top New York State Medicare DRGs and/or coding issues.

"Coding Corner" is a link on IPRO's website, www.ipro.org. The "Coding Corner" allows HIM professionals to review coding materials on-line and receive two (2) continuing education (CE) credits, approved by the American Health Information Management Association, on selected DRGs upon successful course completion. After passing the on-line exam, a certificate of completion may be immediately printed by the participant.

The DRG/coding materials on the website are the result of the ongoing effort by IPRO and its Coding Advisory Committee, comprised of Health Information Management professionals from across New York State. We hope that you will encourage your coding staff to visit IPRO's "Coding Corner" regularly.
