You are invited to join us in a sixty minute national QIO/hospital conference call on Thursday, July 31, 2003, at 2:30 p.m. eastern standard time. The focus of the call will be an article recently published in the Journal of Healthcare Management: "The Roles of Senior Management in Quality Improvement Efforts: What Are the Key Components?"
