IPRO would like to invite members of your hospital staff to our upcoming series of telephone conference calls entitled 'Adult Immunization Update: Prepare for Flu Season 2003'. These calls are designed to provide participants with an update on influenza and pneumococcal vaccine recommendations and the use of hospital standing order protocols. North Bronx Healthcare Network will present their experience in implementing an immunization standing order hospital protocol.

Please distribute the enclosed invitation and encourage participation of your medical staff, infectious disease, pulmonary, pharmacy, quality improvement and nursing staff members.

Included is a fax back registration form that should be used to register for the conference. The fax back form contains a listing of the conference call dates and times. Materials for the call will be sent to participants following receipt of the faxed registration.
